Summary "The purpose of this research was to determine whether the absorptivity coefficients (molar extinction coefficients) for mixture of various inorganic compounds that influence UV/H₂O₂ advanced oxidation processes could be predicted using a weighted absorptivity model. The study of the absorptivity coefficients was essential in order to predict the fractional absorbance of UV radiation by hydrogen peroxide in the presence of matrix components."--Abstract, p. iii.
