Summary "This thesis presents an improvement on one of the PDN modeling methods - a cavity model method, which is embedded in the CAD tool EZ-PowerPlane. With the improvement, the application of EZ-PowerPlane has been extended significantly, and convenience of use has been enhanced for the development of PDN design guidelines. The second part of this thesis focuses on a novel TDR system that was developed for real-time monitoring of reinforced concrete structural performance in regard to crack/strain sensoring under dynamic loading"--Abstract, leaf iii.
